Service description
Atlas Travel Management LLC provides travel coordination and concierge services across four lines: corporate, medical/wellness logistics, personal concierge, and group travel. We coordinate flights, lodging, ground transport, schedules, and changes based on client preferences and approvals.
What we do not do
We are not an airline, hotel, medical provider, insurer, immigration firm, or law firm. We do not resell airline tickets and we do not provide medical, legal, insurance, or immigration advice.
Engagements
Each engagement has a documented scope, pricing model, and approval workflow. Coordination decisions require client approval. We document approvals at every decision point.
Third parties
Where we coordinate with third-party providers (airlines, hotels, ground transport, clinics, etc.), those providers are responsible for their own services. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee airline or hotel outcomes (e.g., upgrades, pricing, availability) or medical outcomes. We coordinate options and execute with your approval.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific coordination scope at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
